Meet Joey
Joey first discovered Yoga in her teens, initially drawn to the physical postures. Yet, her practice quickly transformed into something beyond the postures, the mat became her sanctuary, the one place where moving with the breath allowed her busy mind to quieten, stand still, and be truly present.
Inspired by this deep inner connection, Joey immersed herself in her practice and completed her teacher training in Thailand in 2018.
Her classes are an intentional retreat, a time and space reserved just for you. Joey specialises in cultivating an atmosphere of deep support, gently encouraging you to soften, melt into your practice, and move with your body, leaving the mat feeling calm and centred.
