She developed a keen interest for enhancing her strength and deepening her mind-body connection. Fast forward to 2024, when she travelled to Bali to complete her qualifications in mat & Reformer Pilates.

When Emma isn’t teaching Pilates, she is either getting her steps in, sweating it out at a hot yoga class or planning where to travel to next. She loves anything to do with holistic wellness or nutrition and would love to venture into that world in the future.

Enjoying activities such as hockey, CrossFit, Pilates, tennis and running, she is aware of how important it is to keep our bodies moving and our joints healthy!

‘Pilates is simply a form of movement that everyone can find benefit in’

Now a busy mum to her little boy, she’s passionate about helping others feel strong and confident through Reformer Pilates. She loves how it builds full-body strength while still being low-impact, making it perfect for everyone—whether you’re an athlete, a new mum, or just looking to move better.

Triona’s classes are all about feeling good, getting stronger and making sure everyone gets the most out of their time on the reformer. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build core strength, or just take a break from a busy day, she’s here to help you move, breathe, and feel your best.

Meet Camva

As a teenager, Camva happened to discover Pilates through YouTube videos and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the practice! It enhanced her understanding of body mechanics & increased her strength, confidence, and posture. She eventually progressed to attending mat classes and later explored reformer Pilates, which she found to be incredibly rewarding.
Upon graduating with a degree in Business Information Technology, Camva quickly recognised that the IT industry did not align with her aspirations and consequently decided to pursue a passion for fitness by enrolling in instructor courses for both mat and reformer Pilates.
Outside of the studio, Camva plays badminton, enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and finding where serves the best matcha!

Meet Emma B

Emma began mat Pilates around 10 years ago with the hope of relieving work related lower back pain, quickly feeling the physical benefits of practice. Over the years noticing an improvement in posture and core strength as well as a reduction in niggly aches and pains.

After a friend invited her to join reformer classes, she was quickly hooked, loving the mind-body connection, supported movement and fun that a class brings!

Feeling like the perfect time to move life in a new direction, Emma signed up to teacher training in early 2025. She aims to bring movement, challenge, connection and calm to every body with layers and options to adapt to how you feel in the moment!
