Meet Victoria

Victoria’s teaching journey has come years of loving Pilates and her desire to bring the “feel good” feeling she gets at the end of every session to others. Her love of all activities has seen her try the aerial hoop, horse riding, swimming, running and aerial yoga. In her spare time she’s also a solicitor and an assistant athletics coach.
Meet Ellen

Ellen's journey with Pilates began over ten years ago, driven by a deep appreciation for its holistic benefits. In 2023 she became a certified mat Pilates teacher and has since added Reformer training to her qualifications. Committed to her craft, Ellen continuously seeks to enhance her expertise through ongoing research.
In her classes, Ellen combines fun vibes and challenging moves, all set to upbeat music that keeps participants motivated. Known for her vibrant and encouraging teaching style, she ensures each session is engaging and inclusive.
Outside the studio, she loves exploring nature, drinking coffee, going to comedy gigs, listening to a good podcast, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Meet Emma

Emma fell in love with Pilates around 3 years ago when she saw instant results in her physical and mental wellness from taking part in classes. She developed a keen interest for enhancing her strength and deepening her mind-body connection. Fast forward to 2024, when she travelled to Bali to complete her qualifications in mat & Reformer Pilates.
When Emma isn’t teaching Pilates, she is either getting her steps in, sweating it out at a hot yoga class or planning where to travel to next. She loves anything to do with holistic wellness or nutrition and would love to venture into that world in the future.
If you need any travel tips or want to get into a lengthy conversation over a coffee on health and wellness, she’s your girl. Prepare to get connected to your body in her classes!
Meet Hannah

Hannah qualified as a Reformer instructor in 2024. She fell in love with pilates 4 years ago and has been participating in classes ever since. Hannah also works as a solicitor and her spare time is spent looking after her one year old daughter (and husband)!
Meet Nicky
Nicky’s love for Pilates began around 2020 when she was introduced to the Reformer. Loving the fact it gave such a difference sense to exercise and movement, she decided to enroll in a training schedule to become a Reformer instructor in 2024.
Nicky has extensive knowledge of the body and how to use movement as therapy due to her profession being in the sports rehab and recovery industry. Enjoying activities such as hockey, CrossFit, Pilates, tennis and running, she is aware of how important it is to keep our bodies moving and our joints healthy!
‘Pilates is simply a form of movement that everyone can find benefit in’
Meet Jemma
Jemma started practicing Reformer Pilates in 2020 after a reoccurring shoulder issue led her to take a step back from strength-based workouts and look for a different approach to movement.
Understanding the importance of movement, she realised how beneficial Reformer would be for injury rehab as well as overall strength and mobility. Wanting to deeper understand her own practice and also bring her experience to others, she completed her Reformer teacher training.
Alongside running, she has now incorporated strength training back into her routine and attributes this to her reformer practice.
When she isn’t in a studio, you can find her walking her dog or reading a good book!
