BEGINNER
Embark on your Reformer Pilates journey with our Beginner Class, designed to acquaint you with the Reformer. Our Beginner Pilates Classes strike the perfect balance, delivering not only an invigorating workout but also support, motivation, and assurance – essential for every novice.
Immerse yourself in 3 or 4 sessions to guide you through proper exercise techniques at a comfortable pace. These sessions lay the foundation for your progression into the more challenging and Advanced Classes ahead. Whether you’re a Pilates enthusiast returning after an injury or a newcomer seeking a supportive start, our Beginner sessions will not only reignite your passion but also ensure a gradual and safe comeback to peak performance.

MIXED ABILITY
Designed for clients with a foundational understanding of Reformer Pilates, this mixed ability class offers a dynamic and progressive flow that builds on the basics. With a strong emphasis on core control, alignment, and movement quality, each session challenges strength, stability, and coordination through varied, full-body sequences.
Modifications and progressions are provided to meet different levels of ability, allowing you to work at your own pace while continuing to grow. Ideal for those ready to deepen their practice, refine technique, and explore more complex movement patterns in a supportive, guided environment.
DYNAMIC
In our Dynamic Classes you’ll need to focus more and work even harder; with more set-ups, tougher progressions and faster changeovers.
The moves are more intense, and highly functional, working different muscle groups together to increase the effort and control required, improving overall strength and endurance, and burning calories faster.
Moreover, the methodical focus on alignment and synchronised breathing elevates the experience. This is an unapologetically serious workout, so expect to see significant improvements in strength, flexibility, body-sculpting and muscle tone.
Unlike conventional exercises, Reformer Pilates reshapes the body and mind in transformative ways, setting it apart in the realm of fitness and well-being.
DYNAMIC CORE
Ignite your center and power up your entire body in this core-centric Reformer Pilates class. Designed to strengthen, stabilise, and sculpt your midsection! Expect a seamless flow of exercises that challenge your deep core muscles, improve posture, and enhance total-body control. With the support and resistance of the Reformer, you’ll experience precision-based movement, targeted core activation, and full-body integration.
Perfect for those looking to build strength from the inside out, increase mobility, and leave feeling stronger, taller, and more connected.
JUMPBOARD
If you’ve never tried this class, you’ve probably seen those large square looking things leaning against the studio walls. Those are the Jumpboards and they attach to the front end of the reformer near the footbar and springs. The tension of the springs determines the intensity of the jumping. Heavier springs (red) work the legs while lighter springs (blue) strengthen and tone the abdominals while stabilising muscles.
Lastly, we can’t forget about our tootsies - it’s such a good workout for improving foot health as it works on mobility and stability for shock absorption which helps minimise the risk of any future injuries.
Jumpboard is an athletic class with a mix of cardio-inspired reformer exercises. A sure fire way to get those endorphins flowing! It's not just 50 minutes straight of pure jumping though - it's interval based and the time truly flies by as you work every body part!
STRETCH, STRENGTHEN & FLOW
This class is especially well-suited for beginners or those that prefer a slow-flow pace.

Cancellation Policy:
All classes are pre-paid. You can change your booking up until 12 hours in advance. After this, it will be deemed a late cancellation or change and incur the full fee.
- Missed classes will incur the full fee.
- Aim to arrive 5 minutes early; late entries may not be possible.
- All sales are final; thank you.
Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to support our instructors, who rely on their scheduled classes for their income, even if attendees cancel last minute. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation.
