Step into your future with clarity and intention in this powerful, hands-on workshop in Reformer Lab on Friday 19th September from 7:30pm to 9:00pm, designed to help you align your mindset with your goals, values, and deepest desires.
This immersive session begins with an introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), where you’ll learn how language, thought patterns, and internal dialogue shape your reality - and how to reframe them to support your personal growth and success.From there, you’ll be guided through a visualisation journey - a deeply relaxing and imaginative experience that taps into the subconscious mind, helping you connect with your future self and envision the life you want to create.

Sunday 21st September - The Journey Within Workshop
Join us in Reformer Lab 11:30am to 1pm on Sunday 21st September for a unique and empowering session that blends mind-body practices with transformative self-awareness. This self-development course is designed to help you reconnect with what truly matters to you and give you tools to support your emotional wellbeing in everyday life.
We begin by exploring the concept of personal values - what they are, why they matter, and how living in alignment with them can foster greater clarity, motivation, and resilience. You’ll then be guided through a values clarification exercise, helping you identify and prioritise the values that are most meaningful to you.
To close the session, you'll be introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or “tapping” - a simple yet powerful practice that combines gentle tapping on acupressure points with mindful awareness. You'll learn how EFT can be used as a practical, everyday tool to reduce stress, manage difficult emotions, and stay connected to your values, even during challenging times. This course is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their self-understanding, build emotional resilience, and integrate holistic tools into their wellness journey.
