This women-only Spanish retreat has been designed to challenge, inspire and deepen your understanding of Pilates, Barre & Yoga while offering the space to unwind and restore. Each session has been carefully programmed to be delivered with precision and intention.

The finca has been hand-selected for its design, setting and atmosphere, and the trip has been thoughtfully structured to balance movement, rest and renewal. Time is given not only to workout, but to also relax, reflect and re-charge.

• • Situated on the edge of Xaló, in amongst vineyards and almond trees with mountains views all around, yet only 800m (10-15 mins walk) to the restaurants, bars and shops of town. 

• • Check-in Saturday 29th May 3pm.

  • Check-out Wednesday 2nd June by 11am.

  • Nearest airports: Alicante (1 hour), Valencia (1 hour 30 minutes).

Fresh Ingredients:

Food and nutrition are integral to the retreat experience. Seasonal, nourishing menus will be tailored to support the energy and rhythm of the break. created by a private chef with the aim to restore balance, replenish energy and support a healthy gut. Perfectly complimenting our trip.

We take care of every detail - all you need to do is arrive, switch off, disconnect from the digital noise, and move with us.

To help you fully switch off and reset, the venue operates a no-smoking and no-vaping policy, creating a calm, restorative environment.

The retreat will be led by a small selection of our highly trained instructors, ensuring a supportive and expertly guided experience from start to finish.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

There are 7 guest bedrooms and suites, sleeping 14 in total, all with ensuite shower rooms, wifi and outside terrace or balcony.

All rooms are double but can be made into twin rooms.

Room 1

Located on the ground floor room with a private terrace each morning with stunning views of the surrounding almond trees and mountains. The room contrasts beautifully the solid stone headboard with the elegant white linens. There is AC, a wardrobe, free wifi, hairdryer, bluetooth speaker, sun hats and mini safe. The ensuite is fully equipped with walk-in rain shower, The White Company toiletries and plush Zara Home towels.

Room 2

Located on the ground floor, closest to the pool & bar, is soft and feminine with various white and cream finishings. There is an outside terrace with seating area and hammock. There is AC, a wardrobe, free wifi, hairdryer, bluetooth speaker, sun hats and mini safe. The ensuite is fully equipped with walk-in rain shower and plush Zara Home towels.

Room 3

Located on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool, has an elegant design of cool greys, whites & blues. There is an outside seating area overlooking the pool, AC, a wardrobe, free wifi, hairdryer, bluetooth speaker, sun hats and mini safe. The ensuite is fully equipped with walk-in rain shower and plush Zara Home towels.

Room 4

Located on the first floor with a little balcony overlooking pine trees and views of the valley. There is AC, an open wardrobe with wooden chest, free wifi, hairdryer, bluetooth speaker, sun hats and mini safe. The ensuite is fully equipped with corner shower and plush Zara Home towels.

Room 5

Designed with a rustic wood headboard contrasting elegantly with the lovely white linens. Located on the first floor with the best views and little balcony to enjoy watching the sunset. There is AC, an open wardrobe with wooden chest, free WiFi, hairdryer, Bluetooth speaker, sun hats and mini safe. The ensuite is fully equipped with corner shower and plush Zara Home towels.

Room 6

Located on the first floor with rustic whites and lovely mountain views from the little Juliet balcony. There is AC, a clothes hanging area, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, free wifi, hairdryer, bluetooth speaker, sun hats and mini safe. The ensuite is fully equipped with walk-in rain shower and plush Zara Home towels.

Located on the first floor within the main house. It has wonderful views from the Juliet balcony.

*With only 14 places available, this experience is intentionally small - allowing for meaningful connection.

£995pp for double-occupancy (twin room sharing)

£1990 for single-occupancy (double room solo)

You can play in full for the retreat upfront OR pay the deposit followed by 7 monthly payments of £100 (due the 2nd of every month from July 2026).                                       *All payments including the deposit are non-refundable or transferable.
